My Z3 is stuck in a "boot loop", stays on the purple waves screen until the battery is drained. I've been told that if I update it via PC software that the phone should work again but in doing this I will lose irreplacable files (pictures and videos from birth and the first year of my daughters life). Some data was backed up but unfortunately not everything. Does anyone know if there is a way of repairing/replacing start up scripts and possibly saving my files? I would really appreciate any suggestions 🤞
