Hallo,

Yesterday I did the update to Android 7.0 on my Phone and now no synchronization of Phone Book, Call Lists and so on.

With every update the Bluetooth connectivty was worse!

I use a VW RNS 315.

I hope Sony will correct the problem as soon as possible - Without Bluetooth connectivity in the car, the phone is useless.

Maybe someone can help to solve the issue.

I have this exact same problem. I've done all of searching now and it's clear Sony are aware. Users on other carriers have had the problem resolved with a build update 39.2.A.0.417. I've called on and Sony on this and they sent all knowledge. Is utterly ridiculous that Sonys own technical teams have no knowledge of their own patch release notes and known bugs. There's no fix for this until your carrier release the above patched build.

Same problem here in Austria. No Bluetooth connection with handsfree device, z4 Tablet and Garmin Edge since Nougat. With Marshmallow everything was fine. Z5 compact became nearly useless with last update. 😞

I personally would appreciate a response from a Sony rep here regarding build 39.2.A.0.417 and the fixes included for Bluetooth issues. How can we get these either pushed through to our network providers as a priority or get access to an install directly?!

I think the SW version 39.2.A.0.417 is for Z5 Premium not for Z5C.

Sony must roll out a new version of 32.3.... for the Z5C - The fix is maybe the same as in the SW version 39.

I hope for a new release as soon as possible for the Z5C.

I have the same problem. I can connect , but is impossible to share contacts to car multimedia. I can see only numbers, when anyone call me.

Same problem in Sweden after upgrade to Nougat on Z5 Compact. Connects to car via Bluetooth but can't play anything.

Same problem in UK. Z5 got updated to build 32.3.A.376 and now bluetooth in car no longer works. Song is played but track info is missing, as is the ability to navigate tracks.
