Battery drains 80% in 2 hours

I bought sony xperia z3+ a year ago with marshmallow update from germany. It drains from 100% to 20% in 2 hours although i wasn't playing a game or watching video or listening to music. It overheats quickly. It charges i more than 5 hours. Bluetooth doesn't work. Will you fix it?

Thank you for uploading the screenshots. I'm afraid that it is hard to draw any direct conclusions based on the statistics since nothing really sticks out. If possible I'd recommend you to run your phone in safe mode for a day to see if you still experience the same battery drain or not. That way you would know if this is caused by a third party app that has been downloaded.

Regarding service I'm afraid that the repair process can differ depending on region and/or country. For this reason your local support team will be better equipped to answer any questions you may have related to service.

Hi @Abody, I'm very sorry to hear this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Do you regularly experience the battery draining like this and have you had a look at the battery usage after it has happened to see what's been using most of the battery? You can see the device's battery usage in Settings > Battery > Show battery usage. This list will show the usage since the last full charge.

Regarding Bluetooth, could you elaborate some in what way it doesn't work? Are you unable to enable it in Settings, or will it not connect to other devices?

You can upload pictures using the insert/edit image key (number nine from the left). If you are browsing the forum on a mobile device you need to switch to desktop mode before you can upload pictures.

From what you've described regarding Bluetooth I'm afraid it sounds like it is hardware related and your phone is then in need of repair. You can get more information about how you can proceed with a repair if you contact your Local support team directly.

there is a great difference but i still don't know why the sum of the battery consumption isn't equal the percentage used (68%)

the sum of battery consumption really consumed = 408+109+94+72+69+69+61+45+33=960

68%*2930=1992       if it isn't calculated like this tell me how it is calculated
