Apps Update through PC

I have no wi-fi & in our country using internet in mobile is so costly. so i wanna update the apps, games etc through pc internet. How can i do that? plz help! Device name Xperia Z.

you cant do this by google paly

you must download apps you want via 3rd party websites

To do so you will have to root your phone and install a reverse tethering app so you can use your Computer's internet access

if you have a laptop then u can use a software named Connectify, it will transform your internet connection of laptop into a wifi.hotspot!!
