Xperia C5 Ultra Dual all apps crashing

I bought a Xperia C5 ultra dual recently, and i start encountering problems

1. Setup stopped working

2. Hangouts stopped working

3. Play store stopped working

4. i cannot sign in with my google account

I already try repair this phone using xperia companion, but the problem still persists..

if you dont mind , try to run the software repair one more time after a factory data reset,.

if that doesn't help, i suggest you send your phone for repairs Local support
