USB port doesn't work

Hi, good day everyone, I have a complex problem, my Sony xperia z3 dual has a bad system n system repair seems impossible since my USB port has refused any form of connection, I can't even charge with it as it won't work.
Several engineers have over worked it, I don't know if any one has a better option for me. Cos I can't update to mash mallow cos of the bad system.

Hi @orjikuramo,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Have your phone been sent to an authorised service center through your Local support team? If an authorised service center were unable to repair the phone you should be able to get more information on why from your local support.

If you have used an unauthorised service center I suggest that you get it examined by an authorised one. You local support team can assist your further with this if need be.

Thank-you Christopher for the time, Trust me, there is no authorised Sony experience center here in Nigeria cos I over checked around before giving it to this engineers but if u know any one in Nigeria I can go to, I will gladly go no matter the fee.

M back n so sorry to bother you guys especially Christopher, who has been monumental in exhuming my confidence for a revival of my phone.
Nigeria isn't listed among countries on Sony support contact me, I hope it doesn't put a bump on my repair race. Sadly, when my phone started acting up, I still had the warranty but since no official Sony experience center, I had to give this road side "engineers"
