I'm sorry to hear about this. Have your phone been sent to an authorised service center through your Local support team? If an authorised service center were unable to repair the phone you should be able to get more information on why from your local support.
If you have used an unauthorised service center I suggest that you get it examined by an authorised one. You local support team can assist your further with this if need be.
I do not have access to a list of available service centers but I suggest that you send an email to your local support team for information on how you can proceed. You can reach them at questions.ng[at]support.sonymobile.com.
