the front camera zoom does not work

After updates google play and play station stopped working forntal zoom the camera on my smartphone, wanting to use sends me a message that is not available someone could help me with this issue please.

Try to clear the camera app data.

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the camera app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

If that doesn't work then repair it with Sony PC Companion
