Soft keys doesn't work but some time its work i have to touch again and again to click home and back button , when i open camera application even i cant go back because there bottom dots not clickable and not working on my mobile, i factory reset my mobile using pc compaing too but still i have that problem, and chekced using safe mode i guess this problem is a hardware related issues please help me to get fix this problem

I think it is a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia support to get it inspected

Try sending an email to [email protected] and see if you can get in touch with your local support team that way. If not then try contacting your retailer about this and see if they are able to help you get your phone sent to one of our authorised service centers.
