Screen is dark

Hello, I 'm French so excuse me for my English.

Here , I have a dual ultra C5 , and its screen is dark this morning.

Indeed, as usual , I plugged my phone last night to rechage it in my sleep . However when I woke , the notification button flashing green and the screen remained dark while tactil works! ( I feel the keypad to unlock the SIM card)

I do not know what to do !

Ps: I've already used the OFF button nothing happens, and now when I plug it in to charge the notification remains red for 10 seconds and then extinguishes

You should diagnose your device via flashtool, I hope that will you to troubleshoot your device.

I think (and the translation provided make things complicated to understand) that your device is somehow damaged and you should contact Sony as it seems a hardware failure more than software. You can try repairing the software via Sony PCC but I doubt it will work.

Let us know how it goes.

Press and hold Volume Up + Power Button together for some more seconds. Till phone vibrates.
If that didnt help press the little reset button next to the Sim card slot.

Sounds like on me. I sometime finding smartphone in the morning the same dark screen and don't react in any my touch, it's like freezing. I'm waiting for a while after some try to touch, wake up and ect., and smartphone restarting itself. Freeze like this often is after transfer to SD card and ect., sometimes after download and ect. In the morning i found about three times, freezing almost everyday. Sometimes without any use. I'm trying to often clean memory, taskkiller and ect. To solve this problem. But maybe that is update bugs? Coz these freezes started after update to Lollipop 5.1?
