I was using my phone that time when it just shut down automatically and when I try to boot it up it just vibrates 3 times... Charge it but it doesnt just vibrates 3 times.... Connecto a PC it doesnt just vibrates 3 times... Can anyone help me??
Connect the phone to wall charge via usb cable and charge it > while charging press and hold POWER BUTTON and VOLUME UP at the same time > Hold for 10 seconds > Charge for 2-3 hours then try switch it on normally
If you remove the back cover on your Xperia SP you should find a small button marked with "OFF". Try pressing it and then try charging your device as Ashroft98 suggested. You can take a look at page 10 of the user guide for more info.
As What I said My Xperia SP is not booting up when I tried to charge it, it just vibrates even when I try to connect it to my PC just vibrates not even the color indicator light up..... so I cant repair it by Sony PCC help PLZ
charge to PC or extension/outlet coz Im cahrging it to PC for 5 hours not doing you stated I will do what you said and Thanks If this could Help... I will give you an update later
I'm sorry to hear that. It then seems that your phone is in need of service. I suggest that you contact your Local support team for more information on how you can proceed with getting your phone examined at an authorised service center.
