Reject with a message

whenever i reject a call a message gets sen t viz. im busy  will call u back later., which is ending my balance.. now how to disable the "Reject Call With A Message" ???

Is there already a solution for this annoying problem? Please Sony, fix this 'reject calls with message' issue. I generally like the Z3 phone, but if this can't be fixed within reasonable time (this thread started in 2013!!!), my next phone surely will not be sony!

Sony doesn't seem to care abt this glitch. Im selling my phone, no more SONY for sure!
