How to move apps from installed to your own order? Because all downloaded app is in filter installed

From your homescreen, press the App Drawer icon (usually the middle one in lower dock), then drag the side menu by swiping from left of the screen.

i wanna drag app from instaled and drop to own order

i mean i didnt have all apps in custom order

All installed apps should be there in "Custom order", newly installed apps will be at the last page. Tap and hold them then drag to the left if you want to place them on an earlier page.

The "Installed" tap will show 3rd party apps only.
