lockscreen bug in adaptive brightness

I have got this twice that after couple of weeks of use the backlight malfunctions and dont turn off when screen is turned off with adaptive brightness selected on. If I turn off adaptive brightness in settings the backlight behaves normally. I have to restart the device to get adaptive brightness working normally again. Using latest 5.0.2 update.

Got the same problems after updating my Xperia Z3 Compact to 5.1.1. The screen becomes much brighter than he used to be for about 4 seconds, then the brightness goes back to normal.

I hope that someone will figure out how to fix it soon. This is really annoying :c

Hello world!,
After my recent upgrade to 5.1.1 lollipop @z3 compact I noticed a lot more of say brightness when screen wakes up then after a second or two it gets back to its 'normal' state. It is like a lot of white/brightness you can basically see on darker colors(black colors/tones), this of course is draining a lot more of my battery!! Have someone else noticed this?

Hello everyone.

First apologize for my bad English.

I'm using Android 5.1.1 on my Z3 Compact (D5833), even with the brightness set to maximum, sometimes after a few seconds, the brightness increases much more! The white becomes more whiter.

I've tried turning off:

- X-reality Off

- Auto Brightness Off

- Smart backlight control Off

- White Balance 0/0/0

Please, help me!

Thanks!!
