I have a contact Named Eamon but when I send a SMS to him the name appears as Z1 I inherited this phone from my GF but there is no contact I can see on this phone as Z1 I've created a profile with 00's and named it Z1 but can't get passed it.

Any support appreciated!

That's strange. Perhaps the contact is saved on the SIM card only.

Could you perhaps post a screenshot? Censure the number though.

No, and when I try searching my contacts there is no Z1..

Do you have your contacts saved somewhere? You could try to clear data for contacts storage which will erase all of them on your phone and import.

Yeah, was thinking I'm gonna have to delete everything, I tried exporting it and deleting all contacts got the deleted too many message then had to do it in batches of 10. Imported from sim again still same thing happened.
