Hi @l0neli_m0nki

Welcome to the community.

Under what kind of circumstances does it drop out? Just intermittently, when you are using a particular app, when the screen goes to sleep? Any further info can help.

This function worked well days ago until yesterday  the TV screen began to lag and drop frames very often just like it has a very poor downlink connection , finnaly it disconnected after that I cant screen mirror any more. Immediately I tried  my another phone , it can screen mirror without  problems  .

Just now , I have restarted the router two times , every time I can screen mirror to TV for the first attempt , and for the rest it fails saying that '.... device is not ready or does not support HDCP ' , meanwhile the TV screen showing a full black screen with the title 'xperia z5 premium_xxx screen mirroring' and in less than 1 second the TV  turns back to the normal state (obviously , the phone connected to the TV and immediately it disconnected ).

After I browse this forum , I doubt that this is an error inherit from the early xperia devices .

Any ideas ?

In that case try a software repair on the handset.

Here's how to run the repair on PC Companion:

  1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
  2. Phone Software Update.
  3. Start.
  4. Repair Phone
  5. Continue
  6. Accept data removal
  7. Next
  8. Wait for prepare
  9. Select Phone
  10. Follow the connection steps

And Bridge for Mac:

  1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
  2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
  3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
  4. Select Continue on the following page.
  5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.

6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears

  1. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.

You will want to start these processes with the phone powered off and disconnected from the PC.

You will want to back everything us before running the repair. Here are some options on how to do that: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/Backup-amp-Transfer/m-p/407253#U407253

Lastly , I would rather flash a fresh firmware using flashtool  without wiping data . Additionally , I would tell you that my xperia Z(c6602) occasionally  comes out the HDCP error , everytime when I re-flash the firmware using XZDualRecovery  without wiping data  , most time  it fixs this error and everything stay still in the phone . For now , there is no recovery for the locked bootloader on  z5 , so I will  try to re-flash it using the flashtool .
