how can I stop website pop ups

Everyday, I'm using my phone but I keep getting pop ups for different website even when I'm texting, I've tried restarting and reseting keeps happening any help?

You have some apps installed which might be running all the time and displaying ads. Boot in safe mode and see if that still happens.
