cant get into a M2 aqua

hello my nans phone has recently come up with a pass word when she turns it on but she did not put a password in i have tried doing the instructions sony has sent her but it will not let me open the file on my pc can anyone help please

its acctually my nans phone and no it just came up with a password one day and she hasnt put one on there

That's probably the problem, try to boot on >>> safe mode

Sorted it now had to use another computer
