Camera launch from locked screen not working

This is not working since the update, i have to keep unlocking my phone inorder to use my camera, if someone is taking a pic of me and the screen locks i have to move from the pic go unlock the phone then go back to my pose. It is very annoying.....please fix urgently as i always take lots of photos.

Thanks it worked. So how do i know what the other applications are?

Sometimes the act of putting it into safe mode is enough to fix the problem, so get out of safe mode by restarting your phone and test it, see if it happens again.

If it does, then the only way to determine what app is the issue, is to eliminate them one by one, uninstalling an app and testing after each one. You can usually narrow it down based on the issue. For example, in your situation I would look at apps that interact with the lock screen and the Camera.

Ok thanks i did restart hence i asked whats next....i will see which app it could be. Thanks again!

Hi i haven't identified the app, but all of a sudden it started to work as normal and i dont recall disabling any app in particular.

Hi all, my back camera is black when turned on. I can't take any pics. I think something is seriously going wrong with my phone guys. Please help!
