As the tittle says, after I updated to marshmallow last week, I've been having a problem when playing music over bluetooth, the music stutters really annoyingly. Today I discovered that it seems to happen only if I'm connected to a wifi network, it doesn't matter if I'm streaming from internet or playing from local files or from different apps (tried Spotify and Music), it happens both on aptX devices and regular devices.
Also, the wifi indicator seems to be weaker now, but i already saw its a common problem on 6.0 and that it will get fixed.
perform software repair using PCC or Xperia Companion
send in your device for check up at your local service center http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
I'm sorry to hear that.
Would it be possible for you to take a log from your phone and sent it to me?
To do that:
Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number
Go back to Settings and select Developer options and turn on "USB debugging". Then tap "Logger buffer sizes" and set this to "4 M" and also enable "Enable Wi-Fi Verbose Logging".
- Play some music while connected to WiFi and if it stutters:
Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report". When the report is ready (may take a minute or so) you get a notification that you can tap and share to Google Drive. Please send me a link to this file in a private message.
It's a known problem from BETA test. I was a tester this was one of the reasons why I stopped with BETA, I'm really suprised that SONY has released this firmware with this and many other bugs!!!
The bug is present with and without Wifi. Also my SD card isn't recognized in a proper way I get the warning "Ready for transfer of photo's and media".
I also needed to fill my maps on my homescreen, a lot was disappeared
When you call the screen stays on
Phonecalls also stutter
SONY please fix this asap, I can't use my phone in a proper way! It's not meeting my expectations at this moment.
