Battery problem?

Hello,

I bought my Sony Z5 almost 2 month ago. I wanted to check if anybody else has this problem. It happened to me 2 times already. It think that the battery shows me the wrong percentage.

Every time I was surfing on the web (reading emails, youtube, facebook etc) and played some games. The temperature of the phone was high because I felt the heat on the back cover.  I stopped using the phone and I’m sure (I saw it) that the phone had more than 20-25% left from the battery every time. After the screen closed the phone was dead, like there weren’t any battery left. I tried to open the phone again but couldn’t do it.(I pushed the power button and nothing happened). I plugged the phone to recharge it and the phone didn’t start to charge until 1h40 min. When the phone was plugged in the outlet didn’t respond to any of my commands.

Is this normal for the phone to shut down like this and lose over 20% from the battery?

Did this happened to anyone else?

Can you share with me some tips on how to charge the phone? Should I charge the phone only if the battery is at 1% or is it ok to charge it when is at 15-20%?

Thank you,

Repair it and report back, as for charging, there's no trick to, you could buy a quick charger 2.0.
