Why my mobile data is so slow?

I bought my xperia x a month ago and I'm very satisfied with the phone except one thing. My mobile data is very very slow. It's the same operator with my old phone.. It's 4G. I turned the phone off and on but it changed nothing. Why is it so slow and what can I do?

Welcome to the community,

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you are getting .

In this case, I suggest trying to download the APN settings using the handset. Follow the instructions below to see if it helps resolve the problem.

Apps > Settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept the disclaimer

Once done test out the device and let me know how you get on.

I've downloaded the APN setting just like you said.. And then I tr started my phone but it's still same
