HI ALL!! i switched off my tab 5mins ago cos it frozz and now it wina switch bk on! can anyone help? wat should i do next?

Does the following help..

My tablet does not turn on

Remove any connected devices, such USB cables or headphones.
Ensure the tablet is connected to its power supply.
Press the power button.
If the tablet still doesn't start, press the reset button carefully with a bent-open paper clip
Note: Don't use a needle, pin or pen to avoid damage to the reset button.
If the issue is not resolved, a repair may be necessary. Please contact Sony .

you can also try holding the power button and vol + button for 10 seconds

Hhmmm... This seems to be new. What will happen if you hold both power button and vol + button for 10 seconds?
