No sound plays with video files

I have a new tablet s and downloaded MediaGo to transfer files to the Tablet S.  However when I have transferred avi files there is no sound.  When I have tried playing these same avi files in Mediago itself they also play without sound.  These same files play perfectly well in other media players on the same computer, eg windows media player.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Jake,

It happens to me from time to time (I don't know why...) but the only way I found to solve the problem is to turn the tablet completely off and then back on. The sound often magically comes back 😕
