Hello, I have had some ongoing issues with technical support refusing to allow me to send in my unit while under warranty. They claim that I have to call in to arrange for my unit to be sent in. Please note: I am deaf and asked that someone on chat make those arrangements - they refused to make repair arrangements repeatedly, nor would they let me talk to a manager their at Sony Support.
So now I want a manager in technical support to email me back ASAP as my unit needs replaced. Please email me and I will explain in full detail, thanks.
