Hi I've just bought a walkman model NWZ-B172 but it doesn't show up on my computer. I have tried putting it in different usb ports, turning it off/on etc but it still doesn't appear on my laptop so i can't install the bundled software. Thought I might need to install some drivers but I don't know which ones. There seems to be drivers for everything except my model which is really bloody useful. Does anyone know where I could get a driver or whatever to make this thing work please? Thanks.
