WI-C300 wireless headphones won't switch on

Hi can someone help? My headphones won't switch on. I've tried changing charger. The ports all look ok. I've lost my instruction manual. Googled trouble shooting and tried pressing the power and volume down button for 10 seconds with no success. Thanks

Yes have tried three now. I was using them in gym the other evening and someone rang me. I had no glasses on so just pressed buttons until cut them off. I wondered had I inadvertently locked it or something. 🙈
