WH-1000xm3 problem with a cable and max volume

I bought a new xm3 from Amazon but when I connect my headphone with cable to my macbook or my Android phone(Lg v30) sound quality is getting worse and distorted. Is anybody has same problem, I called Amazon to chance my product.
