I have had these WH-1000XM3 for quite some time,but now after installing Firmware 4.2.2 for the headphones,im experiencing issues-whenever i go into to the Sony Headphones App,it shows that my battery is 0%,but my voice guide says the actual percentage.
But the worst things is ,Whenever i touch the touchpad on my ear,the headphones turn off,i cant use the touchpad at all,it just turns off instantly.
