Hi all,
I hope someone can help. I bought a pair of WF-1000XM3 yesterday and immediately noticed that there's a faint static noise when listening to music. It fades in and out and it quite intrusive. I thought it was a fault so I returned them and got a new pair however the new pair has the same issue. Doesn't matter what type of music I listen to, whether I listen from an iPhone or MacBook pro. The same sound. Its the same whether I listen indoors or outdoors.
I should mention that I've tried factory resetting it and unpairing and re-pairing it. No change. The customer support person told me the issue was within specification but I can't imagine this could be the case.

Any help would be appreciated. I moved away from Airpod Pros but sadly might have to go back to them 😞
