Sony WF-1000xm3 Microphone is not working clearly

the voice in the mic in the both sides of the mf headset is not working clearly ... in some situation the persone in the other side can’t hear me !!! ... i tried with the sony service center to fix it but they said it’s working perfectly !!! ... i hope will be update or solve for this problem
