Hi,
I have always been a fan of Sony products but I have to say my recent purchase has been an awful experience!!
I have just purchased the Sony WF-1000XM3 and this products is simply awful in every way and not fit for purpose!
They connect easily enough but keeping them connected is a different story! Constantly disconnect and have to reconnect, the microphone on calls is unusable as people cannot hear me!
All I get is "Can you update the software?" which I have done and no improvement at all.
The product customer service has been nothing short of awful and this is the last product of Sony that I will purchase!
I would love to hear of any similar stories on this product.
