Sony Walkman NWZ-B142 MP3 reset problem, URGENT!!!

Hi,

I have a Sony Walkman NWZ-B142 MP3 which has gone wrong. It froze the other day and when I reset it started to reload as normal but now all it does is try and reload for about 2 minutes then turns itself off.

What can I do?

Hi if you have completed a reset and it still does not function, i would be sorry to say it sounds like it has developed a fault.
