Sony Sat Nav Europe Maps

Hi All

Not sure if I am in the right forum.

However I cant seem to find how I can update  maps on my Sony sat nav NV-U52g.

Any help appreciated

Hi brgrees and welcome.

Bad news I'm afraid - Sadly, Sony has terminated all support for NV-Series Sat Nav units.

I believe all map updates and traffic camera updates were discontinued in March 2010 and all links to the update website have disappeared.

I am not sure if maps were provided by a third party - perhaps Navteq - but I think you are going to be unlucky.

Thanks for the information Looks like I will have to invest in a new unit but I dont think it will be a Sony.
