SONY AND ROYAL MAIL HAVE LOST MY WH-1000XM3

After a long comparison with Bose 700 in August I decide do buy my WH-1000XM3. Guess what?  2 months later a loud hiss in the right side, sent it back to Sony on November 5th. On November 11th they informed me that they were not able to fix the issue and they would return the phone I would be able to request a new or a refund in the store. 

The problem is that the phone never arrived! Royal Mail have lost the phone!! 
They confirmed it to me in the phone but not in the system/email...Sony is also waiting for it and I’m here without my phone. I don’t even want the phone anymore I just want my money back and it was not a cheap headphone. 

 

Sony contact center just said that I have to wait! For How long? They don’t say!
Definitely I should go back to Bose!
