hi
when i try that i get a message referring to 'missing NTMSAPI.dll file'. i'm none the wiser!
Hi stevewwwwwwwww,
what is the name of the software you are trying to install.?
What operating system is installed on your new laptop.?
Hi
The ntmsapi.dll file is associated with the Removable Storage Public Interfaces ( RSPI) in the Windows XP system.
I suspect you are using Connect Player or Sonic Stage for the NW-A3000, i would recommend looking at the http://forums.sonyinsider.com/ forum as Sony no longer support either package for Windows Vista or 7, they have some good work arounds
