When I now connect my NWZ-E453 Walkman to my computer, it is no longer seen by the computer and so I cannot transfer any content. I haven't (intentionally) changed anything on my computer or the Walkman. The "connected USB. The player cannot be operated" message shows on the Walkman, but no device shows in 'my computer' and 'content transfer' doesn't start. I've tried it on a different computer & it doesn't work there either. I've tried pressing the reset button on the Walkman & re loaded the Content Transfer on my computer but still no joy.
The Walkman still plays ok standalone and I have charged it up using a separate charger, so it's fully charged.
If anyone has any ideas how to fix this, i'd be very grateful to hear them.
