NWZ-B173 playlist?

I have a NWZ-B173 MP3 player and it shows that you can create a playlist, it doesn't however say how to do this on the instructions or online.  I have tried explorer and through media player but can't work it out (probably really easy!) I would contact Sony but this player doesn't appear on their site as a support and I can't find an email address to use for it either.

Any help on how to do it or how to contact Sony would be appreciated.

(sigh) u too i got the same prob it driving me mad my old mp3 died on me sooo i got a new 1 (diffrent one altogether) and with this new 1 and its buggen the crap out of me that i cant work out HOW TO MAKE A PLAY LIST .......a playlist is that too much ask?????????????????   TT.TT (sniff)  p.s my mp3 is also NWZ-B173
