MEX-BT3900u Folders order

Hi everybody,

I recently bought the MEX-BT3900u car audio player, and I am using my 8GB pendrive to listen to music.

I have copied some music folders to the root folder but the player is not ordering them alphabetically.

I tried to write numbers before the name of the artists:

01-artist1-album_X

02-artist2-album_Y

in order to have artist1 before artist2 but it doesn't work.

I really don't know what is the rule the player is using to order them, and I am going crazy with it...

Does anybody know how is the player ordering the pendrive folders/directories?

Any help is very very welcome.

I have the exact same problem.

Have you checked if the radio "finds" all the folders that are the pen drive?

In my case it only finds about 33 out of 42 folders.
