Linkbuds S - The right earbud drains the battery in approx 40 minutes to an hour!!

I bought my Linkbuds S on 30-05-2023, and they are already useless!

The right earbud drains the battery in approximately 40 minutes to an hour! Has someone here had the same problem, and were you able to fix it? Did Sony take responsibility and help solve the problem?

My Linkbuds S have started to do this too this month. I get a verbal warning while the left bud still has 78% charge left.
