Hi

The unit recognises the USB stick, scans through and recognises how many albums and tracks are on it, but doesn't play.

Any ideas?

What file types are these? Can you try a sample or test using the sstandard mpe file?

I've solved it.  I was using .wma files, which the manual says the unit recognises, but it actually doesn't.  I'm now using .m4a which are working fine.
