Cannot choose WH-1000MX3 in phonecalls

When I make a phonecall or someone calls me and my WH-1000MX3 is connected to my phone (Pixel 3) normally use it as speaker and microphone.

Recently my phone does not choose my headset when making calls, and I am unable to choose it on the call screen (can only turn on switch speakers on and off).

What is wrong?

I have unpaired, reset the headset, but no results.

Hello @istiplot,

have you checked your bluetooth-settings and verified, that the headphones are enabled for call audio? On Android you can deactivate devices for that which could be the reason it doesn't work anymore.
