Auto Pause/turn off now working in Sony WH-1000XM5

I encountered a problem after 5 months from date of purchase, that automatic pause and automatic shutdown when headphones are removed stopped working. I gave it to Sony Service Centre in UK and they took almost 10 days to fix it which in the end couldn't get fixed and came as it is in the box. This we get when buying Euros 399 headphones from Sony: poor service, zero updates on email regarding case/job.

Hello @Pungav1989, that must be frustrating! Have you tried resetting and initializing them? If so, have you contacted the repair centre directly to report that the issue hasn't been resolved?
