X-Black LCD Software

Hi,

in the windows XP_home Edition pre-installed at my Vaio A217M there has been a software called x-black-lcd. Now I needed to install a XP-Pro. Everything worked well with the downloadable drivers and utilities, but Im missing these software.

What is the thing behind that program and where can I get it for installation?

Anybody any ideas?

Yes....i can imagine deoderant does LCD screens the world of good.....:smileyconfused:

Im sure, there is no way to change display performance with a software or deodorant.

But looking at the preinstalled winXP-Home under Control-Panel / Software there was a entry X-Black-LCD. No why can I deinstall a thing I don't need or what isn't even existing?

Disclaimer: Deoderant is not the best thing for LCD Screens.

I think you mean the x-black-lcd listed in the 'add/remove software'
control panel? I had this listed on my a-series.. i beleive it's only
an x-black screen saver - i've removed it anyway.
