hello, I've a Vaio VGNA115Z, and i want to know which motherboard is installed. I can't find it in the specifications or in the windows hardware list. who can help me?tnx Iman
The motherboard will have been customised by the OEM for Sony, but you can find out most details using Everest HE
As far as I know, sony make the PCB of the Motherboard, then use chipsets from other manufacturers, My K-Series for Example, uses a Phoenix Award BIOS, with an Intel Chipset, then it has an Avance Audio Chipset and the ATi Video Chipset.
ASUS make the board, but they do not sell it to individuals.
