I have recently purchased a SONY VAIO VGN-S2XP notebook. I have observed that the DVD Drive makes a scratchy noise to start with when a media is inserted. It then functions smoothly after making that noise maybe twice or thrice.
Is this common with VAIO dvd drives or do i need to get in touch with SONY for this?
