hi guys i have a problem hope ya can help... i have a vaio vgn-nr10e im trying to link it to a projector through the vga output as it doesnt have s video on the lap top. the projecter only has s video and composite input. i have tried using a vga to s video composite cable but doesnt work so i need some king of converter. any ideas of which and where? also is it poss to upgrade the vga card to a tv output one. hope ya can help thanks

You cannot go from VGA (which is a RGB output) to Composite or S-Video without a converter.
Try Google for 'VGA to TV Converter' - there are several available. Something like this will do the trick: -

This is the only way because graphics cards cannot be upgraded on laptop computers.
