Vaio series M,VAT offer valid for laptop itself or also for its accessories?

I would like to know if the VAT offer is valid also for the accessories of the vaio series M,because on the website is not clear.

according to the T&C's it's only the VPC-M13M1E VAIO netbook that's included, there's no mention of accessories..
