I like sony laptops a lot, but e-support sucks horribly. 1 march a posted 4 questions, untill now I did not get ONE answer.
I wonder why the hell they got an award! Calling sony is not a hobby of mine...if you offer to help online, help then! Dont offer an e-support if you dont help at all.
