problems with my new vaio

i have recently purchased a Vaio and on my first attempt to start it, after charging it for the recommended 8 hours, i get a white box with the message 'the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows, click 'ok' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.' then when i click 'ok' the laptop just reloads up and i get the same message. is there anyone who can help, i would be very thankful

Hi, try to enter in recovery mode to restore the VAIO to original configuration. Press F10 when the VAIO logo appears when the notebook turns on.
Then you just need to follow the on-screen instructions.
